Born in Montreal, Quebec but grew up in Ajax, Ontario, Clarence competed in many sports growing up including basketball, football and soccer. Developing a love for sport, he decided to complete a bachelor's degree in Physical Education at Brock University. Clarence became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. He has now worked with many athletes ranging from youth to professional and national teams. His work included working in the private sector with CANAM strength and conditioning, and volunteering for organizations such as the Ottawa Blackjacks of the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL). Currently, he is an Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at Carleton University. He is the lead performance coach of the Carleton Ravens Football. His driving passion is the ability to help athletes achieve their greatest potential and providing them with the tools that will help them outside of their sport. His aim is to complete the holistic approach to training every athlete he comes in contact with. All while doing it with a smile and a little bit of trash talking."
